As soon as you have made your choice please use the contact form on this site with full details of which painting you have chosen. You will be contacted within 1 full business day with payment and shipping details and we are here to answer any questions you have. Payments are taken in US Dollars.
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 3 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. Shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery. Overseas shipments (outside the US) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges. An estimated additional shipping charge will be added to your order. Shipping costs cover packing supplies, labour, insurance and transit fees.
If a piece is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping. All work is carefully packed and wrapped. I want you to be really happy with your new art. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and keep a photograph of the damage.
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any orders sent outside of the US.
